Q. How can I get the first 2 months for free?
- New MaxiSafe subscribers get immediate access when signing up and the free trial lasts till the end of the 2nd month. For example, if you subscribe the package on June 11, the trial period starts on June 11 and ends on July 31. No charges will incur if you cancel the subscription before this date. Billing will start on the first day of the following month.
Q. Are plans automatically renewed?
- Yes, all plans are automatically renewed on the first day of each month to ensure uninterrupted service.
Q. Can I cancel my plan at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. However,
charges for the current billing cycle are non-refundable,
and your plan will remain active until the end of the month.
Additional fees (if any) will be charged in the next calendar month.

Additional usage will be automatically charged if you exceed the included package delivery volume or domain limit:

Q. What is P95 QPS?
P95 QPS (95th percentile of Queries Per Second) is a performance metric that indicates the QPS level that your system stays at or below 95% over a billing cycle. It smooths out rare traffic spikes,
providing a predictable basis for billing.
Q. Why use the 95th percentile instead of average or max QPS?
MaxiSafe adopts the 95th percentile (P95) QPS as it offers a more representative view of sustained traffic patterns. Unlike average QPS, which may underestimate actual load, or max QPS, which can be distorted by brief surges, P95 balances accuracy and fairness.
Using P95 enables MaxiSafe to:
- Establish fair usage thresholds without penalising rare traffic spikes
- Align plan selection with consistent, real-world traffic behaviour
- Ensure stable performance and predictable billing without outlier impact
Q. How P95 QPS is calculated?
- Record QPS values in 5-minute intervals over the billing cycle.
- Sort all QPS measurements in descending order.
- Exclude the top 5% (extreme values).
- The next highest value is defined as the P95 QPS.
Examples:
- Total measurements: 8,640
- Discard top 5%: 432 values
- P95 QPS: the 433rd highest value (e.g., 90 QPS)
Result: Billed as if consistently operating at 90 QPS (higher spikes ignored)
Q. What happens if I exceed the specified P95 QPS included in the package?
Additional usage will be automatically charged per 50 QPS if you exceed the included package peak QPS limit:
- Basic: USD 30 per 50 additional QPS block
- Standard: USD 25 per 50 additional QPS block
- Pro: USD 23 per 50 additional QPS block
- Ultimate: USD 20 per 50 additional QPS block
Examples:
- Case 1: Pro Package with a recorded P95 QPS of 500.
- Package Limit: 600 QPS
- Additional QPS Rate:USD 23/50 QPS
- Recorded P95 QPS: 500
- Additional QPS: 0
- Result: No additional charges incurred.
- Case 2: Pro Package with a recorded P95 QPS of 749.
- Package Limit: 600 QPS
- Additional QPS Rate: USD 23/50 QPS
- Recorded Peak QPS: 749
- Additional QPS: 149
- Additional QPS Calculation: 149/50=2 blocks (rounded down)
- Additional Charges: 2 blocks×USD 23=USD 46

- Yes, prices for all MaxiSafe plans are displayed in USD.
Q. Which currencies and payment methods does Conversant accept?
- We accept payments in USD and support major credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard.
Q. Will I receive a monthly invoice?
- Yes, invoices are provided for every billing cycle. For free trial users, an invoice will be generated once the subscription is completed. The invoice will be visible on the portal and shared through an email. For regular subscribers, an invoice will be generated on the 3rd of each month. Q. How does the billing cycle work?
MaxiSafe package plans follow a monthly billing cycle:
- The package plan renews on the 1st day of each month.
- You will receive your bill on the 4th day of each month.
- If you sign up at any time before the 1st, you will get immediate access, and your first payment charge occurs on the 1st of the following month.
Example: If you subscribe to a plan on the 15th, you will get immediate access to MaxiSafe, and you won’t be charged until the 1st of the next month.
You will receive the bill on the 4th, and your next renewal will occur on the first day of the following month.
Q. Are customised billing options supported for standard plans?
- Currently, all MaxiSafe plans are charged monthly, and custom billing options are not supported.
Q. How are taxes applied to the bills?
Taxes are applied based on your billing location:
- For customers in Singapore, a 9% GST (Goods and Services Tax) will be applied.
- For customers outside of Singapore, no taxes will be charged.
The billing location is determined based on the credit card information provided during checkout.
